1976 - Low of -5.6°C on the 26th was a data entry error. The correct low of -16.6°C was found in both the annual and monthly meteorological summaries of 1976 published by Environment Canada. The hourly data also show the temperature dropping to -15°C, further evidence of a data entry error for the daily low. Note that due to EC's rounding of fahrenheit values, the low in the archives would likely have been entered as -16.7°C if it was entered correctly. This correction resulted in the monthly mean temperature dropping from 3.1°C to 2.9°C and the average low dropping from -3.2°C to -3.5°C.
