Dec 20-21, 1894 - The 1.5 mm of rain entered on the 21st actually fell on the 20th in the evening hours. This is confirmed by the observer notes from St John's College, as well as the newspapers. I have moved the rainfall to the 20th as a result.
Dec 5, 1948 - 0.8 mm rain fell 130am-130am 5th-6th. Originally had 0.5 mm but from 730am-730am.
Dec 27, 2003 - Although I have chosen to maintain the 11.0 mm of precip (mainly because CXWG was missing), I suspect a nipher shield issue in rain and wet snow caused precip to be too high. Also, all precip was erroneously assumed to be snow when there was in fact several hours of rain and drizzle. It is difficult to say exactly how much rain fell, especially with CXWG being missing. I have used Charleswood's 3.0 mm of rain as a guesstimate.
Dec 11, 2004 - There were issues this month with rain being entered in as snow. This date appears to be one of the issues. I am assuming 0.5 mm worth (exact amount uncertain). Charleswood reported 0.6 mm, so 0.5 mm seems to make sense.
Dec 13, 2005 - Only freezing drizzle was reported this date, therefore, the 0.5 mm should have been entered in the rain column not snow.
Dec 14, 2014 - Unsure why the Airport did not record any precip accumulation. It drizzled the entire 24 hours. Both The Forks and Charleswood recorded accumulations of 0.6 mm and 0.7 mm respectively. The Forks used as replacement to the zero the Airport recorded.
Dec 16, 2015 - The Forks precip used due to severe undercatch of snowfall at the Airport (only 4.1 mm precip at XWG).
