1877 - Trace of rain reported in the observer notes at St John's College and Fort Garry on the 29th, retrieved at the Library and Archives of Canada in Winnipeg. This raised the monthly rainfall from trace (x1) to trace (x2).
1881 - St Andrews (''Fort Garry'' in the Library and Archives of Canada observer notes) reported rain on three days (23rd-24th and 27th) totalling 9.7 mm. Unfortunately, I could not find any additional information from other stations in southern Manitoba, nor from newspapers. The 0 mm at St John's College is likely erroneous, but with no additional information I have not changed the value.
1884 - St Boniface College reported the first rain (trace) of the season on March 26th. It is possible there was rain that March as a result.
1885 - St Boniface College reported drizzling rain (trace) on the 2nd. It is possible there was rain that March as a result.
1887 - A few drops of rain were reported by the St John's College observer on the 5th. Retrieved at the Library and Archives of Canada in Winnipeg.
1888 - There is evidence from the observer notes at St John's College that ice pellets fell instead of rain. It's possible the rain amount for the month was 0.0 as a result.
1894 - A page from the St John's College observer mentioned a trace of rain at 2:45pm on the 17th. Retrieved at the Library and Archives of Canada in Winnipeg.
1904 - Raining at 7pm on March 31 according to the observer notes from St John's College. This changes the rain amount for the month from 0.0 mm to Trace (x1).
1940 - Trace drizzle discovered on March 6, raising the rainfall for March from 0.0 mm to Trace (x1). From Airport observer notes, via Library Archives Canada in Wpg.
1944 - Freezing drizzle reported by the Airport observer on March 2, changing the monthly rainfall from 0.0 mm to trace (x1).
2010 - Nipher shield issues at CYWG causing precip to be too high during rain March 8-11 and 31. CXWG used as replacement as a result. This dropped the monthly rainfall from 15.0 mm to 6.4 mm and the monthly precipitation from 17.5 mm to 8.9 mm.
2023 - Severe under catch of snow in windy conditions on the 11th at the Airport. The Forks (2.4 mm) used as a replacement for the Airport (original 0.3 mm).
