Jan 1983 - A mysterious error with the minimum temperature on the 12th. The low of -24.6°C noted in the archives actually occurred the day before in the early evening. I have assumed the minimum temperature of the day as the midnight temperature of -20.1°C because of rising temperatures throughout the night. This raised the average daily low for the month from -16.9°C to -16.8°C.
Jan 1992 - Some contradictory values in the ECCC Archives for an unknown reason. On the 1st, there was noted a daily low of -7.8°C but in the hourlies there was a -8.0°C observation. On the 6th, a daily high of -5.1°C was noted but in the hourlies there was a -4.5°C observation. I have updated the daily low and high to -8.0°C on the 1st and -4.5°C on the 6th respectively. This affected the monthly mean temperature slightly, raising it from -11.5°C to -11.4°C.
