A blizzard is defined as meeting the following criteria:
- Duration: 4 hours or longer.
- Visibility: 400 metres or less in 'blowing snow' or 'snow and blowing snow'.
- Sustained wind 40 km/h or stronger.
A ground blizzard is a blizzard where there is predominently no falling snow. The snow on the ground is simply being lifted by the wind.
In the table, 'Blizzard/Ground' means a significant portion of the event was a blizzard (with falling snow) and a ground-blizzard (no falling snow).
***Notes***
^^ Snowfall amount seems high compared to nearby stations (at most 5-10 cm)
